Will I need to set up an account to book a same day courier?
You do not require an account to take advantage of our great online prices. If you wish to register for an account, please contact us on 0330 223 4790.

Should I put my items in a box or envelope?
We advise that any item you wish to send via our same day or next day service is well packaged with sharp protruding edges covered. This will ensure your item is protected during it’s journey.

When is your customer service team available?
Our customer service teams are available Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm. If you have any queries outside these hours, please send us an e-mail, we will respond to your query promptly.
